Are you a talented and driven Data Analytics professional seeking a new challenge? Join our finance team as the Lead Data Analyst and make a significant impact on our organization's success.

We are looking for someone with exceptional analytical skills, a strong commercial mindset, and expertise in modern data analytics tools.

Responsibilities:


  • Drive the analysis of financial, commercial, and operational data to deliver valuable insights and support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Maintain and enhance customerlevel revenue data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of KPIs for monthly board reporting.
  • Utilize your expertise in Excel and Alteryx to transform and validate data, while leveraging Power BI for visualization and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet the analytical needs of finance and other departments.
  • Manage the development and optimization of a SQL Server data warehouse to expand analytic capabilities.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities through thorough analysis of financial and operational data.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to monitor business performance.
  • Provide analytical support for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Conduct adhoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
  • Drive process improvement projects, streamlining manual processes, and advising on entity integration and system enhancements.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in data analytics within a finance team, preferably in a private equitybacked business.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial concepts and metrics.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to deliver accurate and efficient analytic solutions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of Power BI and Power Query for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong SQL skills for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis from relational databases.
  • Experience with Alteryx or similar analytic pipeline tool is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes is beneficial.
  • PowerApps expertise for data analytics and datawrite back would be valuable.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics Business Central or other ERP/CRM systems is a bonus.
