We are looking for someone with exceptional analytical skills, a strong commercial mindset, and expertise in modern data analytics tools.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the analysis of financial, commercial, and operational data to deliver valuable insights and support strategic decisionmaking.
- Maintain and enhance customerlevel revenue data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of KPIs for monthly board reporting.
- Utilize your expertise in Excel and Alteryx to transform and validate data, while leveraging Power BI for visualization and reporting.
- Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet the analytical needs of finance and other departments.
- Manage the development and optimization of a SQL Server data warehouse to expand analytic capabilities.
- Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities through thorough analysis of financial and operational data.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to monitor business performance.
- Provide analytical support for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Conduct adhoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Drive process improvement projects, streamlining manual processes, and advising on entity integration and system enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data analytics within a finance team, preferably in a private equitybacked business.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financial concepts and metrics.
- Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to deliver accurate and efficient analytic solutions in a fastpaced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation techniques.
- Solid knowledge of Power BI and Power Query for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong SQL skills for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis from relational databases.
- Experience with Alteryx or similar analytic pipeline tool is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and Synapse Analytics is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes is beneficial.
- PowerApps expertise for data analytics and datawrite back would be valuable.
- Familiarity with Dynamics Business Central or other ERP/CRM systems is a bonus.
