Role Purpose
our apprenticeship programmes.


Role Responsibilities

  • Agree and meet recruitment and engagement targets and high standards of satisfaction for our clients and learners regarding recruitment and enrollment
  • Work with the Fitch Learning Marketing Team to create and develop marketing material for learner engagement for use across a variety of platforms
  • To liaise effectively with clients and learners and ensure consistent and transparent communication, allowing smooth transition into apprenticeship training
  • Maintain and grow databases to ensure data is accurate and relevant
  • Ensure that all processes are efficient, identify and develop new ones as required and contribute to updating and documenting all processes to ensure transparency
  • Be responsible for your own administration and paperwork that is relevant to the role

Role Requirements

Essential

  • Strong reporting and personnel management experience
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a positive approach to equality and diversity and customer service
  • Excellent written, verbal and presenting skills
  • Innate ability to multitask and prioritise

Desirable

  • Sound understanding of the apprenticeship sales process from initial contact to key account management
  • Knowledge of Ofsted and ESFA regulations
  • Financial Services sector experience
