Role Purpose
our apprenticeship programmes.

Role Responsibilities

Agree and meet recruitment and engagement targets and high standards of satisfaction for our clients and learners regarding recruitment and enrollment
Work with the Fitch Learning Marketing Team to create and develop marketing material for learner engagement for use across a variety of platforms
To liaise effectively with clients and learners and ensure consistent and transparent communication, allowing smooth transition into apprenticeship training
Maintain and grow databases to ensure data is accurate and relevant
Ensure that all processes are efficient, identify and develop new ones as required and contribute to updating and documenting all processes to ensure transparency
Be responsible for your own administration and paperwork that is relevant to the role

Role Requirements

Essential

Strong reporting and personnel management experience
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrate a positive approach to equality and diversity and customer service
Excellent written, verbal and presenting skills
Innate ability to multitask and prioritise

Desirable

Sound understanding of the apprenticeship sales process from initial contact to key account management
Knowledge of Ofsted and ESFA regulations
Financial Services sector experience
