Senior Events Executive - CQF Institute

Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Senior Events Executive to join the CQF Marketing team based out of our City of London office.

  • The Senior Events Executive will join a successful team reporting to the CQF Marketing Director and be responsible for managing and delivering online and inperson quantitative financefocused events run by Fitch Learning's CQF Institute, from initial concept to successful completion._

About the CQF Institute

We will Count on You To:

  • Take ownership of CQF Institute event management
  • Work closely with the CQF Institute Managing Director and the CQF Marketing Director to create a compelling global CQF Institute Events program to meet event objectives
  • Develop and execute monthly online and inperson events from concept to completion, including speaker sourcing, budget management and postevent analysis
  • Liaise and consult with internal and external stakeholders, such as speakers, sponsors, partners to ensure a seamless event delivery
  • Conduct venue research and manage relationships with venues to ensure effective planning
  • Create and manage event timelines and project plans, outlining key milestones and deadlines to ensure you complete event deliverables on time and within budget
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on event progress and registrations, highlighting issues or risks and recommending solutions
  • Prepare postevent reports on event success, including attendee feedback and key learnings
  • Consult with marketing to promote events and identify opportunities for content creation
  • Stay current with best practices in event management and technologies to enhance event experiences

What You Need to Have:


  • Experience in event management with direct responsibility for planning and executing online and inperson events
  • High degree of numeracy
  • Experience of collaborating with global teams and senior stakeholders
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CMS tools
  • Experience in managing virtual events
  • Expertise in utilizing online event streaming platform, preferably Zoom
