Description

Reporting to the Senior Creative Producer, you will be responsible for ideating and creating branded photography for all campaigns, retail and BAU photoshoots

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take ownership of photography across the business, including campaigns, BAU, web, digital, and retail.
Lead the creation and execution of photography shoot plans, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Manage and oversee all aspects of retouching and editing for DTC, Retail, digital, paid, and Jess Hunt LTD.
Collaborate closely with the Senior Creative Producer on all photoshoot plans, execution and creative vision.
Utilise imagery effectively across paid ad channels ensuring Ad performance is reviewed and considered when collaborating with Paid Ad manager.
Take charge of web and digital photography needs for both DTC and Retail, maintaining consistency and quality across platforms. Ensure that all imagery reflects the brand's aesthetic and values, while also staying current with trends.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Proficient in photography and retouching techniques, with a demonstrated ability to produce highquality imagery.
Strong familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, for retouching and editing purposes.
Experience working in fastpaced photo shoot environments, with the ability to adapt and problemsolve on the fly.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to working with crossfunctional teams.
Detailoriented with a passion for perfection, ensuring that every image meets the brand's standards of excellence.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
Creative thinker with a keen understanding of visual storytelling, able to translate brand objectives into compelling imagery.
Enthusiasm for beauty trends and a desire to stay ahead.
Positive attitude, resilience in the face of challenges, and a willingness to embrace new ideas and directions.
