An exciting role has come up for a temporary Customer Service Assistant here at REFY- We are looking for a driven, positive, problem-solver who thrives at speaking to customers in a fast-paced environment.- You will be joining the Customer Service department reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

This is a
temporary 1-month rolling contract, working
Monday to Friday, 16:00 PM - 22:00 PM GMT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fully accountable for monitoring a Live Chat service, offering a personalised shadematching service to customers
Reply to customers on all platforms upkeeping with our Brand First approach and REFY tone of voice
Report back on any patterns of customer comments, flagging any common issues raised

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

Be adaptable to communicating in the REFY tone of voice
Comfortable working on and adapting to multiple software platforms

Comfortable working towards and hitting set departmental targets
Must have 1 + years of experience working in Customer Service
