Description

Three new roles have arisen within an exciting London based specialist lender.

In addition, excellent service and working to tight deadlines to deliver for clients, brokers and other business stakeholders is essential.

Building rapport with these key stakeholders and striving to provide excellent service, should be central to the role, successful Underwriters will be able to manage a large pipeline of cases knowing them all intimately, evidencing an ability to know howto advance loans through the pipeline and through to completion in a timely manner.

The role responsibilities will require an excellent knowledge base around residential, & commercial property, development projects an understanding of legal risks as well as focus, accuracy, attention to detail, an ability to prioritise workload.

The roles offer a competitive benefits package including a basic salary c £55-£65k
