We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join the team as Life Insurance Advisers and help continue to make a positive impact on thelives of clients and their families.

You may or may not have prior life insurance experience but you will receive expert training, a thorough on-boarding and continued upskilling so that you have the chance to truly excel in this field and make a meaningful difference in people's lives by helpingthem secure the financial protection they need for their loved ones.

Alongsde this you will receive a base salary of £25K which will rise with experience, and a very healthy OTE scheme (up to £60K initially).

All business is provided and you will benefit from a consistent daily flow of leads from various well known financialservices organisations, including a large retail bank.

With such good lead providers, earnings are significant, and office hours are Monday to Friday only.

Responsibilities of the Life Insurance Adviser

As a Life Insurance Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to clients on the protection of their families through various life insurance products.

You develop a deep understanding of the various types of life insuranceproducts available and the regulations surrounding them, and you will have the knowledge and skills to help clients make informed decisions about the coverage that best suits their needs.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining a client base,achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For:

To be considered for this role, we are looking for individuals with strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

A proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, and a deep understanding of the market and its regulationsis a plus.

Additionally, you must be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to an ever-changing market.
