We have a new and unique opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career in Healthcare Estate Advisory.

We are looking for a Senior level consultant who has undertaken work as a business case author within healthcare construction. Your role will support clients when making real estate investment decisions.

Job Description
Our client is currently providing a range of advisory and construction services to HIP 1 and HIP 2 NHS Trusts, including creating NHS E & I compliant business cases.


This service is in high demand and as such, there is the potential opportunity to build a team around you.

The successful applicant will be part of team delivering project management, as well as business case and strategic asset management commissions to health sector clients.

You will also possess real estate and property asset management expertise to ensure high quality deliverables are achieved.


You & Your background
It is essential that you have experience within the healthcare sector. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, and who has excellent communication skills. You will be able to engage with clients at all levels and be passionate about nurturing such relationships. We are seeking an individual who is capable of using their own initiative, who are credible and confident.


You will;
Be experienced in the preparation of business cases (SOC / OBC / FBC), estate / property strategies, business plans, operating models, and change management Hold a relevant real estate industry qualification Have experience in a client side and consultancy environment Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident in managing client relationships Be financially literate, with a good commercial understanding and financial analysis capability Have the ability to understand and combine commercial, strategic, and operational perspectives Be persuasive & not afraid to challenge, debate and influence key decisions Demonstrate programme management, project management, capital projects and contract management skills
