Role Purpose:
The CRM Administrator will join the Digital team within Marketing and Communications, the role holder will report into the CRM Manager.
The CRM Administrator will support the CRM Manager in the delivery of an ongoing strategic plan, helping to define and deliver the roadmap for the CRM ecosystem.
The primary purpose of the role is to support the day-to-day operations of Dynamics 365 (CRM).The CRM Administrator will help ensure the platform's continued success by undertaking a variety of supporting activities which improve data quality and increase engagement with CRM across the business globally.
The role encompasses support in key areas of strategic planning, change management, project delivery and business intelligence.The role holder will also lead on and build on the established CRM training, culture and comms programme supporting our diverse user community.

The role will continue to adopt a business partner/support approach, this will involve engaging with platform owners and data stakeholders across the business globally.
Strategy:
Supports the CRM Manager with developments which deliver the CRM strategy/roadmap across five key workstreams:
Operations (BAU)
Data Quality
Change Management
Business Intelligence
Training, Culture and Comms
Works on development projects under supervision of CRM Manager.
Learns and supports new technologies which are employed to enhance the existing CRM offering.
Skills and Experience:
2+ years' experience with enterprise level CRM systems and associated technology, ideally MS Dynamics and Power Platform, but potentially Salesforce, SAP or similar.
Demonstrable experience of successful project management and delivery. (Essential)
Experience delivering training, running workshops and leading meetings. (Essential)
Experience of using Power BI or equivalent enterprise visual reporting tools. (Desirable)
Experience of using document/asset management platforms e.g. MS SharePoint, Canto or equivalent would be beneficial. (Desirable)
Experience of system management in a large multi discipline environment. (Desirable)
Ability to translate strategy into tactical plans including research, analysis and supporting tactics.
Proficient facilitator and able lead meetings at all levels.
Self-assured overall, with stakeholder and relationship management skills.
Technically competent with a logical and systematic approach.
Commercial focus, a good understanding of CRM and potential improvements.
Positive and can-do attitude with a proactive, practical approach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High self-motivation and the ability to influence others and exercise judgement.
