Are you enthusiastic, energetic, organized, and full of life? We are looking for someone like you to join our team at Bubbleology.

We need flexible people looking to work full-time including evenings, some daytime during the week, weekends and holidays.

Bubbleology is an exciting bubble tea concept. We are currently seeking vibrant, friendly professionals to join our opening Bubbleologist team. You will be working mainly in the front of the house preparing drinks, taking orders, and serving our guests.

Bubbleology is a creative, quirky, and fun new beverage concept that sells the best bubble tea in the UK.

If you have experience in a busy bar/cafe/restaurant, can work under pressure, and think you would make a great asset to our team, then give us a shout.

Job role

Key focuses for the role are excellent bubble tea quality and amazing service, drink counter operation, cleanliness, maintenance, and team training.

The impact of a great Bubbleologist will allow a shop to grow bubble tea drink sales.

The Bubbleologist is an integral part of the shop team and will be expected to carry out other duties as appropriate to the business need.

Key responsibilities

To create delicious bubble tea according to Bubbleology standards in an efficient and safe environment.
To always follow the order of making tea as per the shop training manual and reference table provided.
To ensure stock is rotated and used according to standards.
To work together to ensure the shop and kitchen are the best they can be.
To serve customers efficiently, politely, and quickly in an engaging manner.
To be able to communicate with confidence about bubble tea.
To maintain bubble tea quality through the tasting.
To maintain the drinking equipment and machinery to Bubbleology standards.
To view the drink counter/bar from customers' eyes and clean as you go.
To adhere to all aspects of health and safety and food safety by the law and Bubbleology standards.
To ensure sufficient stock of bubble tea ingredients, packaging, and utensils.

Basic Qualifications

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and exceptional customer service, cash handling, and store safety and security
Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
Prepare beverages to standard recipes
Ability to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
