TRAINEE WEAVER
Search are looking for a meticulous and skilled individual to join our têxtiles company (GL11)


Working Hours:
Monday - Friday
07.30am pm


Pay rate:
£10.62 p/h


MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Produce a range of woven belting items


PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND SUPPORTING TASKS

Completion of a range of tasks as directed by the Production Manager which contribute to the production of a range of belting products.

Whilst the main part of the role is that of a trainee weaver with the ambition to be a fully trained weaver other tasks such as warping, loom set up, wiring, sewing, coating, inspection and packing will be required as the business needs dictate.

Follow work instructions and operating procedures which form the site quality systems.
Work in a safe manner always considering your own and others safety.

Work as part of a team to ensure products are made consistently, in a timely manner and to the quality required.

Ensure your work area is kept clean and tidy.
Engage in any training and development.
