The role involves coordinating with the wider finance function on a daily basis and great customer service is highly regarded in this role.

You will be working within a small team where they like to have a laugh and not take themselves too seriously.


Description
Duties and tasks of the Junior Finance Administrator

  • Support with the accounts receivable process
  • Matching and coding invoices
  • Resolving queries for any invoice anomalies
  • Supporting with reconciliations
  • Ad hoc finance and company administration as required

Profile
To be successful as the Junior Finance Administrator you will:

  • Some recent experience dealing with invoicing
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent user of MS Word and Excel
