Halo Recruitment are working worth a fantastic client based in Fareham who are seeking an experienced Customer Relations/ Complaints Advisor/ Administrator to join their team.

The Role

Handling of incoming customer queries, questions and complaints
Providing the appropriate service and information or insuring customers are dealt with appropriately within the business.
To give full support to the Relationship Manager in progressing and monitoring Customer Service, ensuring appropriate actions are taken, following an escalation process, and reporting accurately on progress, trends, and improvement recommendations, both to external suppliers and internal management
To be fully competent in the monitoring, logging, progress, and resolution of 'Customer' / 'Supplier' complaints
Work with the Relationship Manager with both internal and external customers, ensuring that issues / complaints are actioned appropriately and that all necessary processes including evidence gathering are carried out ensuring the journey is documented and is concluded.
To monitor and evaluate the data held within the complaints database, ensuring trends are highlighted to line Manager.
To support the Relationship Manager, in relation to open, closed, escalated complaints, ensuring that any ongoing issues that have not been closed are highlighted for action.
Through evaluation administer a system of Justified and Unjustified complaints, ensuring visibility of all outcomes, and that appropriate remedial actions are taken.
To promote best practice in relation to Customer Service with any findings and issues, to ensure continuous work towards improvement and, ensuring a resolution is gained.
Any additional admin task and initiatives, continuously improving the customer journey.

Salary:
£24,400.00 per year
