Description

Multitask Recruitment Solutions have an exciting new opportunity for a Furniture Polisher/Sprayer to work for our client based in Haslingden.

This is a Temp - Perm Position.


Duties include:


  • Removing objects such as knobs or hinges.
  • Preparing the wood by smoothing it, either by hand with abrasive paper or by machine.
  • Stripping old paint, varnish or lacquer, using a paint stripper, wire wool or sandpaper.
  • Filling holes and preparing and sanding the wood, sometimes using power tools.

Skills Required:


  • Have good hand skills.
  • Be patient and methodical.
  • Be able to pay close attention to detail.
  • Have an eye for shape and colour.

Hours of work:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:40pm


Rate of Pay:

From £10.50ph + depending on skill level/experience
