Angus Dundee Distillers PLC is currently recruiting for an Excise/HMRC Co-ordinator to join our Coatbridge facility on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, friendly team.

Reporting to the Operations Director and working with the Bulk Spirits team, you will be working within our manufacturing facility which is a key part of our Company's mission to supply high quality, bottled products worldwide.

The main duties of the role are as follows:

  • Manage and control HMRC reporting within the legal requirements
  • Manage and control audit process for key approvals i.e., WOWGR, Seed, etc
  • Be first point of escalation for Customs and Excise enquiries
  • Monthly reconciliation of HMRC reports (W1 & W2).
  • Responsible for all C&E Administration tasks
  • Coordinate with HMRC as required
  • Keeping up to date with changes in regulations, laws, and custom procedures
  • Working with Bulk Spirits Team on UK duty payments
  • Oversee all exports to ensure compliance with Customs regulations.
  • Provide HMRC support for projects and to business leaders.


Salary is dependent on experience with the potential for it being reviewed once full training has been completed to a satisfactory level.
