A1Personnel are currently recruiting for a CNC Offline Programmer, on behalf of our client based in Wickford.

Duties will include:

Set up, operate and programme CNC and Lathe machinery
Preparing cutting tools
Reading from and working to drawing supplied
Specifying materials for type, size, quantity etc
Ensuring job record sheets are completed
Saving of programs
Produce jigs/fixtures and tooling methods to determine the most cost efficient procedure of manufacturing components
Offline programming using One CNC
Mentor new staff as required

You will require:

Experience in CNC Offline Programming is essential
Industry knowledge using engineering principles
Ideally experienced with Siemens/Fanuc
Ability to work well within a fast paced environment
Automotive, Industrial Automation or Aerospace industry experience ideal
Excellent technical literacy skills
Good team player
Full UK driving licence is essential

Hours:

Monday to Friday
8am to 4:30pm OR 6am to 2:15pm
(chose the shift most suited to you)
