Established in 2005, we're a leading, nationwide, utilities infrastructure organisation providing multi-utility:1. metering and data services2. network construction and ownership solutions.
We partner with major energy suppliers and utilities constructors - delivering our services to the nation's biggest brands and public sector bodies.
We are currently in the market looking to recruit a Project Administrator on a permanent basis to work within our metering operations team.
The role will provide administration support for commercial metering activities, assisting in the timely delivery and billing of projects whilst ensuring that operational SLAs are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a timely and accurate response to enquiries from customers (shippers, suppliers, developers and other end users) and to ensure SLA's and KPIs are met.
- To ensure that information is accurately recorded and that industry processes are followed, particularly relating to GT1, GT2 and GSC processes.
- Ordering of stock materials and sundries, gather quotations from suppliers for service delivery.
- Liaising with the technical managers to ensure the design process is followed and work plans are in place.
- Play an active part in the team, promoting a positive working culture and effective working practices, representing the company in a professional manner in line with our core values.
Vacancy Requirements
To be considered for this position you will have at least one - two year's previous administration experience ideally with a multi utility business, you will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
Salary:
Up to £22,538.50 per year
