We partner with major energy suppliers and utilities constructors - delivering our services to the nation's biggest brands and public sector bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking calls from suppliers and correcting issues within the system.
- Continuous dialogue with suppliers with regards to ongoing issues.
- Reporting to team leader any noncompliance and action plan surrounding resolution.
- Manage exceptions and engage with other team members to investigate and resolve.
Vacancy Requirements
- Excellent communication skills able to speak to numerous operational levels (both internally and with end customers).
- Customer focused attitude and commercial awareness.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Access and Excel
- An understanding of GSM and GPRS communications would be beneficial along with knowledge of DC/DA and Smart Meter Technology.
- Analytical thought process with ability to see issues and generate a resolution path through to completion.

Salary:
£24,200.00-£26,200.00 per year

- Darwen, Lancashire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
