What is the point of this role?
Senior Account Executives are responsible for managing and supporting some of our key partners and resellers.

They are tasked with generating new business and sales from existing partners as well as identifying and targeting new partner and resellers.


What will I be doing?

  • Working from data sets to identify, target and recruit new Partners/Resellers
  • Deliver amazing customer service; responsively, proactively, and passionately.
  • Demonstrate consultative sales technique's, objection handling and conflict resolution.
  • Hit performance related KPIs and sales targets.
  • Maintain regular communication structures within your Partner base, including service reviews, commercial reviews, some of which will also include stakeholders within ANS (Heads of, Directors).
  • Proactively hunt for new partner opportunities and generate OI.
  • Ensure solutions and products we are selling to clients are fit for purpose.
  • Be a point of escalation for Partners/Resellers where needed.
  • Reduce Partner churn by ensuring partners feel valued.
  • Build and develop key relationships with influencers and decision makers.

What will I bring to the role?

  • Proven Sales background
  • Excellent rapport building skills.
  • Capable negotiator with the ability to create and manage pipeline effectively.
  • Ability to create strong relationships with senior leaders and C-Suite executives.
  • Ability to multitask and work on your own initiative

What is needed to do the role?

  • Education to degree level an advantage, but not essential
  • Exams passes for qualifications in AWS/Azure would be an advantage but not essential, as well as any previous formal sales training.
