Are you an HR professional with recent experience in onboarding new employees in the team? Keen to make your mark in a key area of the organisation? Want to work for one of the UK's best-known charity? If yes, then I could have your next roleThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading in the end-to-end onboarding process of the organisation
- Management of a small team of consultants who assist in the this process
- Playing a critical role in ensuring that all compliance required for new starters is completed timeously
- Liaising with relevant departments to ensure equipment and other necessities are ready for when staff join
- Working closely with the continuous improvement team to highlight and create efficiencies in the processes
This position will suit someone who has the ability to build strong relationships and is able to work to tight deadlines.
