9 month Fixed Term Contract

Guildford: £45,000 - £51,000

Hybrid/Smart Working

Are you at the end of a contract and looking for something new to get your teeth into?

You will be joining a team of Business Analysts working on one of AQA's Strategic Programmes to review, optimise and embed processes, supported by innovative and intuitive technologies, transforming assessment services into world class products, making a real difference to the lives of students and teachers, which means your work will be interesting and exciting.

You will be good at self-starting and dealing with the unknown and should have strong business process experience.

You will have a working week of 35 hours, with at least two days onsite office attendance per week in the newly refurbished office, and a good pension; you can contribute up to 7% and we will put in 11.5% giving 18.5% towards your pension and more.

What will I need to succeed?

Evidenced practical Business Analysis experience demonstrating process and change management
Experience of problem solving, analytical thinking and workshop facilitation
Effective communication and experience of working closely with cross-functional teams and different stakeholders
Knowledge of various techniques to elicit and manage requirements
Skill at developing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams
Strong understanding of supporting the full software development lifecycle (waterfall/agile/hybrid)
The ability to accurately describe the data and information that supports the process
The ability to map and visually represent data structures and flow of information between services to technical and business teams
