- We currently have a vacancy for a
Grounds
Maintenance Operative, working in and around the
Epsom area
- Core working hours are
8am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday with extra hours sometimes required. - You will carry out general grounds maintenance.
- You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety.
What makes a successful Grounds Maintenance Caretaker?
- You will show a keen interest in gardening, no trade qualifications are required but previous experience in a similar type role would be highly advantageous.
- You will demonstrate good decisionmaking skills and common sense.
- You will take pride in consistently providing a high standard of customer service as you will be acting as a Community Property Care representative when on site.
- You will have experience of working to achieve agreed targets and completing them within an agreed time frame.
- You will be a team player who ensures that all our estates and communal areas are clean, tidy and in a safe condition.
- You will live in or around the
Epsom area to enable the morning pick up and afternoon drop off. - You will hold a current and full Driving Licence (essential as on occasions you will be required to use a Company van as a tool of the job).
