Technical Account Manager

Hybrid Working

A global business with their R and D Centre of Excellence based in South Wales are currently looking to strengthen their Sales team by the recruitment of an Account Manager

opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Key account management of strategically significant accounts to ensure all new business opportunities are maximised
  • Develop the business within assigned product group and customer base.
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities.
  • Working with the Project Team to maximise profitability of new and existing projects
  • Develop longterm relationships at all levels and with key stakeholders at customer sites.
  • Obtain opportunities to submit quotations and ensure feedback from the quotation process through direct customer contact.
  • Take full ownership of all aspects of the sales cycle, including offer preparation, negotiation and
closing of the agreement.


Key Requirements:

  • Be driven with a hunger and passion to generate new business and work with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or nontechnical to internal stakeholders and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly professional and capable of being a strong ambassador for the company.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Motivated and a selfstarter & able to work on own initiative
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Valid UK Driving licence & Passport
  • Willing and able to travel globally and at times, at short notice.
