Contract Administrator - Facilities Management - Hatfield, Hertfordshire


Your new employer is an industry leading Facilities Management company who have a high-profile portfolio of commercial offices and Data Centres across the UK.

We aim to keep their customers and employees' best interests at the heart of everything we do.


Your New Role:


  • Raising a job record and progressing that record through its various stages, chasing for completion within SLA's through to financial closure
  • Invoicing for quoted works and projects.
  • Ensure that all operational SLA's and KPI's targets are met and understood within the helpdesk team
  • Compile end of month statistic financial and KPI report for the monthly client report including WIP, Invoicing etc
  • Raising purchase orders for both materials and subcontracted services as required
  • Administration, development and adherence of operational processes, procedures and CAFM system
