Contract Administrator - Facilities Management - Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Your new employer is an industry leading Facilities Management company who have a high-profile portfolio of commercial offices and Data Centres across the UK.
Your New Role:
- Raising a job record and progressing that record through its various stages, chasing for completion within SLA's through to financial closure
- Invoicing for quoted works and projects.
- Ensure that all operational SLA's and KPI's targets are met and understood within the helpdesk team
- Compile end of month statistic financial and KPI report for the monthly client report including WIP, Invoicing etc
- Raising purchase orders for both materials and subcontracted services as required
- Administration, development and adherence of operational processes, procedures and CAFM system
