Description

The Contracts Administrator duties include:

  • Basic administration logging calls, scheduling
  • Working towards key metrics and KPI's drive
  • Liaise with subcontractors
  • Using portals for invoices and queries
  • Escalating maintenance and repairs
  • Travel requests
  • Ensure correct documentation is signed off
  • Onboarding documents
  • Telephone work

Profile

The Contracts Administrator MUST:

  • Be IT Literate
  • Scheduling/Planning/Customer Support/Administration (advantageous)
  • Basic administration skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Work towards tight deadlines
