As a Branch Manager, you will contribute to company profitability through the effective leadership and management of a designated client branch.

You will be responsible for developing a branch performance plan and sales strategy that will ensure that thecompany's sales goals and profitability are met in accordance with KPIs.

Client Details
the Woking based client provide care jobs and care staff to healthcare establishments in and around Surrey.

Our care staff cover shifts in care homes, nursing homes, residential settings, learning disability units, private hospitals, and many more healthcareestablishments.

Description
In your first few weeks in this Branch Manager role, you can expect to:

Support the branch team to meet and exceed sales targets through a range of sales activities, including sales calls and client visits to potential and existing clients
Ensure clients receive exceptional customer service and queries are dealt with promptly and professionally
Provide support and guidance on negotiating charge rates with clients
Develop and promote sales excellence through influencing and communication skills

Profile

To succeed in this Branch Manager role, you will need knowledge of the care sector and excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.

You will also need excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain effectiveworking relationships internally and externally.

Additional requirements include:

Ability to work flexibly, as required, on any site or external premises
Ability to complete necessary training or retraining to fulfil the requirements of the role
Exceptional leadership and problemsolving attributes
IT literate
Knowledge of the care sector
