What we're looking for
To join our Central Debt Team, we're looking for someone with:
- qualification at Level 2 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework in Maths and English;
- experience of delivering customer focused services in a variety of settings;
- an understanding and knowledge of welfare benefits or willingness to learn;
- experience in a debt, welfare or finance related field; and
- excellent communicator; to use plain language effectively, both verbal and written.
This post also requires applicants to hold a current, valid UK driving licence with the ability to travel throughout the district and you will be required to work out of normal hours which evening (1 per week) and weekend working on a rota basis to meet the needs of the customers and the business.
