We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our existing cleaning and caretaking team within the Wakefield District, based in Pontefract.

What you'll be doing:

Work will include general cleaning duties in multi storey or low-rise property entrances, passages, stairways, landings, store and refuse rooms.

You will keep external open plan areas clean, tidy and litter/debris free.

What we're looking for:

To join our Neighbourhoods Department, we're looking for someone with:

experience of cleaning large internal and external communal areas;

- an ability to understand and carry out instructions;
- excellent customer care skills; and
- an ability to work flexibly which may include a weekend rota.
