You will use your knowledge/experience of the pensions industry in a client facing project delivery role.

Your knowledge of:
Flexible Benefits, Healthcare, Group Risk and the Employee Benefits market will allow you to provide a professional service at all levels

We will rely on you to:

  • Manage implementation projects and client on-boarding.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage the customer relationship during project implementation.
  • Assist finance in managing debts.
  • Be able to identify business opportunities for specialists within other areas of MMB and the wider MMC group and refer them onto the appropriate individual(s).
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all business for which he/she is responsible meets the quality standards as required by the Company.

What you need to have:


  • Proven track record of knowledge of pension salary sacrifice.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of automatic enrolment.
  • Ability to demonstrate project management skills.
  • Proven track record of face to face, client interaction. Virtual client interaction is acceptable.
  • Demonstrated to be working towards QCF
  • Proven track record of knowledge of the provider recommendation process and new pension scheme implementation process.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the pension providers who form part of Mercer Marsh Benefits selected panel of pension providers.
