Are you outgoing, friendly and can confidently build rapport with customers and colleagues? As a Food Host with ISS UK you will be an ambassador for ISS and our clients.

The role of is a big responsibility, you will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional dining experience for our staff and guest, your welcoming presence while on site will make them want to keep coming back.

Joining our team at The Campus will give you the opportunity to build your experience in a range of different roles, at times you'll be a barista, popup server or room host and so much more.

The Role

Create a positive dining experience for colleagues & visitors and provide amazing customer service at all times
Receive, process, prepare and deliver food and drink orders and experiences
Build your knowledge of your environment and promote the various destinations, food services and activities
Know what we offer inside out, and be able to make informed recommendations to our clients
Take opportunities to foster relationships and build rapport with colleagues & visitors
Emanate a positive energy when y sharing your knowledge of the site's workspaces, facilities and general culture

About You

You have fantastic customer service skills and you're ready to take it to the next level
You have a social and welcoming personality and can engage with everyone professionally
You're a team player but can confidently work independently
You consider others and have the drive help wherever you can
