Part Time Secretary/administration - United Kingdom - Larbey Evans

We are recruiting an Administrative and Operations Secretary to join us at Larbey Evans, a leading Legal Recruitment Consultancy, taking responsibility for administrative processes to ensure the continued efficiency of the agency on a part-time basis,.
Two to three days per week, flexible working pattern

We are looking for an autonomous, technically proficient Administrative and Operations Secretary to take ownership of critical administrative tasks relating to tracking, compliance, job advert optimisation and to assist with driving a number of key projects forwards.
Advanced Excel skills, excellent organisational skills and initiative are essential for this role. Experience of the legal industry and working with a CRM/ATS will be highly advantageous.Administration:
Posting job adverts, monitoring performance, refreshing to optimise response
Drafting and reviewing company documents, policies and contracts, adhering to house style
Other administration tasks as requested, for example responding to reference requests
Liaising with vendors to ensure optimisation of their product, relaying important messages to the team and training were required
Project management, ensuring that momentum is maintained and deadlines achieved
Keeping abreast of key industry changes and making changes to policies and matrixes as required
Projects:
Implementation of a new CRM system, working closely with external developers to build and test the system and rolling out to the wider team
Project management of website update
Annual projects such as salary survey data collection and collation and Christmas cards
Responsible for creating regular content to be posted on LinkedIn, our website and Instagram
In collaboration with the Directors, play a role in the planning, coordination and execution of client events including seminars and annual party
Advanced user of MS Office Suite, with strong Excel knowledge
Prior project management experience, including liaising with external providers
Experience of using an ATS/CRM and multiposter
