Location:
Newbury (RG14) - with hybrid working

Salary:
£26,000 - £28,000 basic salary (+ bonus/commission structure)

Hours:
Monday - Friday (09:00 - 17:30) with the occasional evening/weekend

Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a purposeful business with offices in Newbury who are?looking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to build relationships with schools and universities and recruit students foronce-in-a-lifetime overseas trips.

Requirements:

Highly ambitious and proactive with a drive to make sales through a variety of methods?including facetoface presentations, telemarketing techniques and social media interactions
A strong and engaging communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
A real team player with the ability and autonomy to manage a varied workload and multitask
Previous experience of travelling or working in the travel, education or charity sector would be desirable but is not essential
As there would be some travel associated to the role, the successful Business Development Executive will need to hold a full UK driving license.???
