Our client who are a global company are seeking self-starting, passionate Operations Coordinator to join their busy Operations team.

As Operations Coordinator you will be able to offer exceptional administrative support and coordination, with a keen eye for detail to act as the link between our client's Warehouse and Sales teams.


Primary Responsibilities of the Operations Coordinator:

  • Act as the link between the Sales department and the Warehouse team daily to ensure prompt receipt of orders ready to prep.
  • Review all orders to ensure they contain the correct information including pick dates, valid PO number and the appropriate insurance certification is in place.
  • Once reviewed, distribute orders to the correct warehouse department for processing.
  • Review departure dates for warehouse crewing support, carnet, and preplanning purposes.
  • Oversee kit collection and returns.
  • Manage the crosshire process after the orders have been placed.

This includes overseeing delivery of items, separation of items in the warehouse, ensuring timely collections of items on their return (with assistance from the Logistics Team on transport)and communicating with the sales and logistics departments to ensure the process runs smoothly.


  • Manage all incoming parcels and deliveries, recording as per procedures and notifying the recipient in good time.
Manage parcel returns as required.

  • Provide general administration support to the Warehouse department, ensuring all paperwork is filed in an orderly and timely fashion.
  • Assist and support the Warehouse Manager with their general duties, covering aspects of these duties during periods of absence.

Qualifications and pre-requisites:


  • Computer literacy and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • A good eye for detail.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and work with accuracy.
  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • Client focused with an understanding of client needs.
  • The ability to facilitate overtime if required during busy periods.
  • A great team player.
