This is a fast paced and expanding business with an opportunity for someone to join their property management teamlocated in their Birmingham city centre office.
Salary on offer is up to £23,000 which includes a performance related bonus, working hours are 08:45 to 17:30 Monday to Friday with 09:30 to 16:30 1 in 3 Saturdays.
The Essence of the role
Scope of the Property Manager role
- Responding to incoming customers enquiries
- Ensuring all lettings legislation is followed and lets are compliant
- Drafting and preparing tenancy agreements
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
- General administration and filling of the office diary system
- Arranging inventories and pre tenancy paperwork as per legislation
- Process tenancy paperwork and ensure it is all organised
- Arranging viewings and registering potential new tenants
Prerequisites
- Previous property experience
- Ability to work towards strict deadline
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work and succeed in a team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be organised and able to prioritise
