Job description

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Revenues and Benefits Service is committed to providing high quality services to its residents.

We are looking for an experienced Benefit and Overpayment Officer to join our successful team. This position is a two year fixed term contract.

You will have experience in dealing with all aspects relating to the accurate and prompt assessment of Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction and Discretionary Housing Payment claims and work associated with our benefit service.


You will also be responsible for the recovery of overpaid Housing Benefit and ensure debt recovery is identified and recovered promptly.

Home working is available dependent on experience.


Salary:
£25,553.00-£29,097.00 per year
