18.5 hours (Wednesday Thursday + Friday

In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Administration Assistant (Voids)
will involve:
- Administrative support to the Voids team
- Updating systems and data spreadsheets
- Communicating between teams and customers
- Accessing data and systems for information
- Analysing data to ensure accuracy
- Liaison with Managers and Supervisors
- Raising and completion of works orders (case management in MIS)
As Administrator we need you to have:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Accurate data entry & inputting skills
- Good punctuality
- Team working skills
- Excel skills
We would be _really_

- Previous experience in a similar role
- MIS (Active-H) experience
