Overview
Business Analyst FTC 12months

An exciting opportunity to work for a globally renowned company to help implement the company's transformation program


Role Responsibilities

  • Work together with key stakeholders to understand their ideas and objectives, for consumer and business.
  • To make sure that the customer needs are recognised and represented in the appropriate design documentation.
  • Record current state customer experience & processes including business rules, data assets.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to document current, transition states and aspiration states for operations using a range of methods including rich pictures, interface mockups, process maps, data flow diagrams.
  • Work with Security, Data Protection, Conduct Risk, Data Science and Architecture to understand constraints and nonfunctional requirements.
  • Draft Story maps, Scenarios and Features with functional and nonfunctional requirements & acceptance criteria ready for working with technology teams.

Person Specification

  • A track record of working on large scale programmes within financial services.
  • Experience working with Insurance Claims is preferred.
  • Working in SAFE or other agile framework to support breaking work into manageable features.
  • Can demonstrate experience rapidly modelling using a range of analysis techniques e.g., Rich Picture, BPMN, Service blueprints, Customer Journey maps, Entity Relationship diagrams.
  • Experience working with Robotic process automation is preferable.
  • Able to adapt and reprioritise quickly to ensure that any emerging risks are appropriately managed.
