Business Analyst Opportunity - Outside IR35

Description:

The role holder is required to be driven to get a detailed understanding of key business processes and the systems that support these and will be responsible for running requirement-gathering workshops and translating these into software solution designs.

You will be the main point of contact in the development teams for understanding the context of a change being.

Skills:

Demonstrable experience of working with Product Owners in the grooming product backlog and producing meaningful Epics/Stories that can be consumed by the technical teams
Ability to breakdown complex problems/opportunities and communicate them in a coherent manner
Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Strong documentation skills that meet the needs of the intended audience
Experience working to an Agile methodology on a project
Agile Project Management Software (Jira, Target Process)
Database technologies (incl Mongo DB)
Event streaming technologies (Kafka)
RESTful APIs
Experience of software architecture
An ability to understand technical and functional extent of customer requirements
