We are thrilled to be working in partnership with our client, a leading Legal Firm with offices across Scotland to recruit a Compliance and Risk Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

Role Purpose
You will provide regulatory and compliance support across the firm, ensuring all client records are maintained.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the team shared mailbox, ensuring all correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner
- Collate all supplier due diligence uploading to the system
- Update all compliance registers
- Process data breaches reporting where required
- Manage data requests (Delete, store etc)
- Support in the preparation of management reports
- Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
Key Skills
-
Prior experience in an AML or Compliance role, ideally within a professional services environment:
- A strong planner, highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong stakeholder management skills both internal and external
- Highly motivated, willing to go above and beyond
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Confidential and discreet

This is a full-time, permanent role working between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and will be based in the Dundee Office.
