About our client
Our client, a global leading institutional investment firm is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their London team to focus on hiring into the private markets function across multiple levels of positions.
The firm, which providesinvestment management services across multiple platforms, is currently growing out their private markets division, leading to the need for an additional talent hire into the team.
What the job involves
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with the hiring managers of various business units on a day-to-day basis, advising and supporting them on all talent and recruitment needs.
- Strategic leadership of the talent acquisition agenda for experienced hires within the investment business units including equities, fixed income, multi assets and real estate
- Working with stakeholders in a number of global locations to deliver multigeography talent and a sharing of talent across the organisation
- Ownership of the short, medium and longterm talent acquisition strategies for the designated business areas, working closely with all hiring managers
- Building effective pipelines of internal and external talent to meet the business demand for current and future requirements, securing talent through multiple search methods
- Develop insight and knowledge of talent markets in a variety of locations outside of the UK in order to support international hiring
- Management of any associated thirdparty activity relevant to the hiring process
Who we are looking for:
- Previous recruitment/talent acquisition experience within the private equity, investment management or asset management space
- Knowledge of the private asset or real estate markets would be advantageous
- Previous experience in competencybased interviewing and ideally qualified to administer aptitude tests
- Familiarity with HR policies and relevant employment law issues
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
