Description

The role requires strong analytical, presentation and communication skills with the ability to understand complex data. You will need advanced Excel skills and a high level of drive and energy.

You will help provide high quality and accurate financial information on financial projects. You will analyse and interpret financial information across sectors and provide guidance to analysts on business procedures.

Duties include:

Participate in regular meetings to understand their fundamental data needs and ensure alignment of goals for data representation
Ensure highest levels of data quality for all corporate sectors, checking data has been correctly processed and providing feedback as required
Contribute towards creating and maintaining, best practice documents/ guidance notes to enhance the overall data capture process, whilst identifying and delivering training to meet the needs of data outsource partners to support consistently high dataquality
Monthly management accounts, budgets and quarterly forecasts
Assist in the creation of key management reporting on a monthly basis, presenting results to stakeholders on a quarterly basis.

The Successful Applicant

Experience of working with high levels of data
Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with post qualification experience
Highly organised and methodical approach to work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience of interacting effectively with senior management
Experience of delivering projects around financial data process and quality assurance
Experience of working with offshore or outsourcing teams is preferable
Selfstarter who can pick up new processes quickly and accurately
