Sales Development Representative
My client is an exciting start-up with a mission to create an analytics platform for the commercial property world. They enable real estate investors to make data-driven decisions.

Their Saas platform allows users to analyse investment opportunities in minutes (by uploading an investment brochure). Thanks to its unique AI algorithms and data science tools, it provides powerful data insights. Last month over 2 billions worth of dealswere analysed.


The have just recently closed a large seed round, and are backed by well-known investors such as Founders Factory, MMC Ventures, Plug & Play Ventures and Globivest.


About you as a Sales Development Representative


You have previously worked as a sales development representative selling SaaS or similar products; real estate knowledge is a plus.

You'll be working alongside the CEO, a real estate private equity professional and ex-investment banker with over 14 years of experience at leading institutions and a vast network in the industry.


What you'd be working on as a Sales Development Representative

  • Present the company to potential prospects
  • Identifying potential sales opportunities and gathering information about the customer's needs
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients
  • Qualifying leads by asking questions and listening to the customer's needs and concerns
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Setting up sales appointments for the wider sales team and providing them with the necessary information to make the sale
  • Tracking and managing all leads and sales activities in the CRM (customer relationship management) system
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.

Your background as a Sales Development Representative

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Track record of achieving targets or quotas
  • Experience working with a CRM (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • A positive attitude and a desire to succeed
