Description

Job Purpose:

To support with maintaining internal compliance.

To ensure operational and administration duties are conducted within service requirements and to support with daily operational tasks around the complaint handling process.

Additional responsibilities will include supporting the Operations Manager and the Senior Management Team.


Main Accountabilities:


  • Internal Governance including staff physical and system access
  • To review and update internal policy documents alongside the Compliance Officer
  • To support with new staff onboarding
  • To support the Service Leads with complaint handling, involving obtaining all evidence in relation to the complaint
  • Tracking complaint lifespan to ensure Service level agreements are met
  • To draft the initial responses to complaints using templates.
  • High personal standards are maintained through reliability, punctuality, and high quality of work
  • To support the Operations Manager in supporting the Operations Director.

Other Duties:


  • Comply with any reasonable ad hoc work request from your manager or any other senior manager
  • Undertake any training deemed appropriate by your manager
  • To comply with the Company's Information Security Policy and all other Company Policies applicable to the role
