Role: 1st Line Support Technician

Location:
Bermondsey, London


Salary:
up to £28,000 - £35,000 DOE


My client who offer a speicalised type of business consultanacy to globally known companies are on the look out for a 1st Line Support Technician, you will be responsible for supporting, organising and coordinating IT operations and procedures across theUK Group to ensure their smooth and efficent running within a fast paced and increasingly agile working environment.

You will be responsible for IT onboarding/offboarding, security compliance, day to day internal IT Support, new systems testing and deployment.

This role requires project management skills and Proactive in problem solving.


Experience needed:


  • Mac and Windows 10
  • Project Management skills
  • Mimecast / iLand
  • Security/compliance standards (key member of ISO27001 team)
  • Azure AD / Teams / Intune / Sharepoint admin
  • Being actively involved in new systems testing
  • Managing and reviewing IT Reports / managing the Assest list

Desirable experience:


  • KNOWB phising tests / completion rates
  • 1Password system
  • DUO 2FA system
  • Dovetail
