Trainee Accountant - Nottingham (NG2)

Salary:
£19,000 - £24,000 negotiable dependent on experience.

Hours of work:
Flexible 4- or 5-day working week (38 hours per week)

The responsibilities:

The role will involve preparation of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships & limited companies. Knowledge of VAT Returns, Bookkeeping and Payroll would be expected, however would not be part of the main responsibilities.

We are looking for:

Part qualified AAT/ACCA / ACA OR qualified by experience
At least 6 months of working within an accountancy practice is preferred they would accept someone who is looking to get into practise
Knowledge of Quick books and Taxcalc is desirable but not essential
Excellent communicational skills both written and verbal
High attention to detail
Strong Excel skills
