Description

Are you a strong character with a heart of gold? Do you have a knack for navigating challenging personalities with patience and humour? We are seeking a dedicated male caregiver to join our team and provide exceptional care to a gentleman with complex care needs during waking night shifts.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including grooming, dressing, and hygiene routines.
Offer companionship and emotional support to the client.
Assist with meal preparation and snack times.
Medication reminder and support.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
Provide support with a nebuliser and BiPAP machine.

Requirements:

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations and diffusing conflict with patience and grace.
Sense of humour and a positive attitude.
Physical strength and stamina to support with moving and assisting.
