Job Duties:


  • Organising and holding viewings with prospective tenants and purchasers
  • Undertaking some initial property inspections
  • Creating marketing details
  • Inputting/managing applicant and property data onto the inhouse database
  • Organising general marketing materials (i.e. boards, web and paper advertising etc)
  • Assisting the agency team on any other matters
  • Any other associated tasks that may occur from time to time

Personal Specification:


  • IT literate
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Able to prioritise/manage workload
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Car owner/driver

National Minimum Wage for your age group
Hours

Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm Benefits
**20 days + bank holidays, auto-enrolment pension scheme
