Are you an experienced Desktop Support Engineer looking for a new challenge? We are an established IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) with a nationwide customer base, and we are currently looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our largeIT Engineering team in Scunthorpe.

You will be in the office at least 3 times a week.

The Desktop Support Engineer will also be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and upgrading various software and hardware solutions. We are looking for someone who is an excellent problem solver, has excellent communication skills, and is highly organized.

You should have a strong working knowledge of office 365, Windows/physical servers and firewalls as well and have experience with various software and hardware solutions.

Key skills the Desktop Support Engineer will have:

3+ years IT Support experience (At least 1 year experience in a 2nd line position)
Excellent experience with Windows, Office 365, Active Directory and networking/firewalls
Good experience with Virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMWare) and Servers (Windows and physical)
Previous experience working for an MSP is beneficial
Good knowledge of Azure and security technologies.

Starting salary between £25,000 and £35,000 per annum
