Reeson Education are working closely with a couple of schools based in Shepherd's Bush and White City, West London, who are looking to fill Teaching Assistant roles in KS1 and KS2.

The positions are for an immediate start and a great opportunity to startworking within schools if you aren't already. Experience is desirable but not essential. If you have a passion for motivating and nurturing young children through their first steps in education, we would love to hear from you

The School:

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

A variety of communication skills to respond to the needs of the child
Empathy and understanding of children's individual learning abilities
Patience and a good sense of humour
Establish an effective and purposeful learning environment in partnership with the teachers and other colleagues
