About the Role


The role will report to the Group Compliance Manager and play an integral role in coordinating our Sustainability and Governance functions.

You will provide effective support to important initiatives such as carbon reduction, quality, security and privacy standards alignment, social and environmental standards introduction and diversity, equity and inclusion process changes, while being an ambassador for using our business as a force for good.


This position is a great opportunity for someone starting out within the sustainability or governance disciplines, providing gateway experiences to becoming a Sustainability Analyst, Consultant and beyond.

As a fast-growing organisation, there are also opportunities to progress within the wider Kerv Group.


Part to Play
We are looking for a team member_,_ and while we always work to shape a role to get the most out of your skills and development desires, anticipated responsibilities for the Sustainability Administrator include:

  • Own and maintain our programme tracking tools
  • Agree, assign and followup on actions across a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Work across teams to gather and compile sustainabilitycentric management data
  • Support partners progressing through partner lifecycle processes
  • Support the creation and launch of policies, training materials and surveys
  • Coordinate diaries, events, resources and facilities; internally and externally
  • Take meeting minutes and convert them into impactful actions
  • Have a reasoned opinion about which sustainability initiatives we should be investing in.

  • Keen interest in sustainability and corporate governance
  • A clear attention to detail, comfortable working with complex data/ trackers
  • Highly selforganising, happy under their own direction, but fully supported when needed
  • Willingness and ability to identify and pick up new processes and software quickly
  • Works effectively with teams regardless of where they are in the world
  • Ability to prioritise and work flexibly to deliver ontime to tight timescales
  • And understanding the importance of your rol
